1. Duties & Taxes :

Amount You are paying includes GST and Delivery Charges if any. Buyer can claim the GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) by providing their GST Number during checkout or after writing to us before billing.  We will not be able to include GST number in invoice if the GST Number is not provided before billing the item which is ideally within 3 hrs of the order placed.

2. Shipping Charges :

We charge shipping charges based on the weight of the product. Buyers are also have an option to make the payment online and collect the ordered products by providing their proof of  ID / address where there is no shipping fees charged. Alternatively customer can take the delivery to his desired address by paying actual delivery charges by cash. Allow us min. 24 hrs to deliver the item if the buyers are located in the city of Bengaluru.

3. Product Warranty :

All the product sold in our website are brand new and factory sealed items (unless it is specified in the listing as refurbished product) and will be under manufacturer warranty as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. In case of any issues, from the day one of the purchase, buyer needs to contact manufacturer’s authorised service center / Call Center for support. Please place the order only if you are comfortable with manufacturer warranty.  If  buyers are buying Refurbished products, refer the warranty terms mentioned in the product listing itself.

4. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

bktech.in believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

a. Order Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

b. All cancellation requests are charged the transaction fee of 5% on entire order value, only the balance value will be refunded.  For example : If you order product worth Rs. 1000/- and cancelled within 24 Hrs., a transaction fee of Rs. 50/- is being charged and Rs. 950/- will be refunded back to your account.

c. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

d. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the bktech.in marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Dasara and Valentine’s Day etc.

e. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

f.  In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items like Monitor, Desktop, Laptop, mobile phones etc., please report the same to our customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.

g. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

h. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to respective brand. All complaints are to be logged with brand’s service center.

i. In the event of returning of the product for any reason, buyer should return the product back to BK Technologies registered office at their own cost.

j. At any point of time the refund of the total amount will not be exceeded to the amount paid while placing the order.
